Welcome to RonaGift! Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. They govern your use of the RonaGift website and your purchases from us. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Shopping with ronagift – what to know

1. Handmade means one of a kind: Every piece at RonaGift is handmade, meaning slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur, giving each item its own character. These differences are part of what makes each piece special.

2. Product images are a reference: We strive to photograph our products accurately, but lighting, screens, and handmade details may cause small differences. Your piece may not be identical to the photo — and that’s intentional.

3. Custom & on-request items: Some pieces can be made in different sizes, colors, or styles, or recreated/adapted upon request. Custom-made items are created especially for you, may require a longer production time, and are not eligible for return unless damaged or faulty.

4. Production & delivery times: Because many items are handmade, production times may vary. Delivery estimates are shared clearly on each product page. We aim to communicate transparently and keep you informed.

5. Returns & cooling-off period: Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU regulations. Custom-made or personalized items are excluded from the cooling-off period. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Sustainability & materials: Not all items are made from sustainable materials, but we value thoughtful design and long-lasting craftsmanship and support creators who work consciously and responsibly. Material details are always mentioned where relevant.

Our responsibilities and protections

1. Handmade Variations (Very Important): Customers should understand that variations are normal and not defects in handmade items.

2. Custom / On-Request Items: Custom-made or personalized items are produced especially for you and are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Changes must be agreed before production starts.

3. Shipping Delays & Third Parties: Delivery times are estimates. RonaGift is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

4. Shipping Damage Responsibility: Require proof (photos within 48h) of damage. Assessment is case-by-case to avoid automatic refunds without investigation.

5. Returns Abuse: Specify condition requirements and return shipping responsibility to protect us financially.

6. Incorrect Use of Products: RonaGift is not liable for damage caused by improper use or handling of products.

7. Artist Responsibility (Behind the Scenes): Our artist agreement includes quality standards, delivery timelines, and responsibility for defects.

8. Force Majeure (Rare but important): RonaGift is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property: Content belongs to RonaGift or artists. Reuse is not allowed without permission.

What we expect from our customers

1. Payments: Customers must complete payment before an order is processed. Payment details must be accurate and valid. Failed or incomplete payments may result in order cancellation.

2. Account & Order Information: Customers are responsible for providing correct contact, billing, and shipping information. RonaGift is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

3. Fair Use of the Website: When using the RonaGift website, customers agree to use the website for lawful purposes only, not misuse, copy, or damage website content, and not attempt to disrupt website functionality or security.

4. Respectful Communication: We expect all communication to be respectful and honest, free from harassment, abusive language, or misuse. We’re always happy to help, and kindness goes both ways.

5. Understanding Handmade Nature: By shopping at RonaGift, customers acknowledge that handmade items may vary slightly and these variations are not defects but part of the design.

6. Policy Awareness: Customers are expected to review product descriptions before ordering, be aware of our Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy, and contact us with questions before placing an order.

7. Returns & Claims: Return requests must follow our Returns & Refund Policy. Damage claims must be reported within the stated timeframe.
